It's essential to note that damage resulting from a fall may lead to unforeseen issues, and our warranty only covers parts repaired by Primitive Tech Repair and services performed on the device with a corresponding MOBILE ID provided on the form. Additionally, the warranty remains valid exclusively with an electronic or paper copy of this form. If you provide service parts such as screens, batteries, or other components, please understand that these items are not covered by our warranty, and you assume responsibility for any manufacturer defects. While we take every precaution to safeguard and preserve data, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss occurring before or after repairs. It is your responsibility as the device owner to ensure that all data is properly backed up and preserved before requesting any services. Please note that devices featuring liquid-resistant adhesive may sustain damage during physical damage or repair processes. Following repairs, the device will no longer retain its liquid-resistant properties, and we shall not be held liable for any subsequent liquid-related damages.
